The debate starts in 5 minutes. This should be entertaining.
For the most entertaining nonsense not actually part of the debate, turn to CNN to watch their little bar graphs.
Edit: God damnit, somehow a G snuck into the title, I know.

I can't be the only one who thinks its funny that someone can so utterly and completely misspell someone's name while calling them an "ignorant, uneducated fool", can I?

re: Imran
The rest of us long stopped finding Ves funny a long time ago. Hell, I don't find him pathetic or sad anymore. I just try not to think about his existence at all.

You may have taken out a G, there, Ves... but you kept the extra "L".

So badly spelled, it needs context to have any meaning at all.
Still deciding among funny, sad, and in a hurry.

I have no idea why my spellcheck turned Palin into Palling..... anyway, it has begun.
Bidens first answer was fantastic, he gave a more DIRECT answer to a question than Obama or McCain did.
Palin did not answer the question and said soccer moms and normal people are afraid and talked about "fear", not answering the question, which was essentially, "is the bailout a good or a bad idea?" She did not answer the question.

She is nervous as hell and couldn't resist mentioning kids sports within the first 3 minutes.
And Biden looks like he has a Clint Eastwood squint going on.

Based on my initial few minutes watching, I think she'll do OK. Biden will also do OK. Ho-hum.

Biden calling out Palin's lies about Obamas records...... he did it the way I wish Obama would have done in his debate.
I think I am in love.
Is it too late to swap their places on the ticket?
I have read about what he has said before but not really heard him speak much, he is the best speaker out of all 4 of them, by far.

She just made a comment about wanting to take down the barriers to trade between states.
I would ask her if she knew about commerce clause, but since she could not name a single supreme court case she disagreed with....

They're both just running talking points; the problem is that Palin has a smaller list to work from and is much more obvious about it.

Wow, Palin can't stop talking about that 2005 energy bill, even when it doesn't make sense as a response.

"I don't want to argue about the causes[of global warming, I just want to fix it]"
*facepalm*
....to which Biden responds it is man made and asks how can you fix a problem if you do not know it's source.
