Using the Scenario editor Get a bigger avatar today!

How does one make in the Scenario Editor the size of cities one creates "stick"?

I create a city of say, 3, and then "exit" but the city remains at nought!

Support Apolyton, buy Call to Power 2

There are two possibilities, you could either use the add/subtract pop spinner or use the Apolyton Edition of CTP2, since the Apolyton Edition fixes this bug.
