How do I find Artifacts!

Enter the AD-FREE zone

I can't find any ancient artifacts in the game, and I've looked everywhere! does anyone have any advice?

Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

Build a galley very early and go exploring. There is almost always at least one artifact on an island just off the main continents. The first one to get a galley out and about usually finds it.

Inflate your Upload Space

If you find a lot of friendly villages at the beginning of the game, a lot of times they will tell you the location of one of the artifacts (show it on the map).
