There is a short blurb in the Apolyton SMAC section about SMAC being available at Gametap (27 March 2007).
I noticed that on Amazon, someone is selling a used copy for $5.95 at the time of this posting. Shipping to Canada would be $6.89.
It is only a disc, but that is all you need.
I'm assuming you use Windows.

If you still have SMAC on your system, you only need the SMAX cd to play.
If you need to reload SMAC, there are sellers of SMAC cd on Amazon (U.S.) for as low as $5.90 and $4.99 today. International shipping for CD's is $6.89.
I'm assuming you have Windows. Let me know if you have a Mac.

As a matter of fact, you can buy the manual at Amazon for $6.99 plus shipping (you need to check whether that seller ships internationally) or $8.00 plus $12.49 shipping.
Someone is selling "DISK AND BOOK ONLY" at Amazon (US) for $2.69. You should make sure the "BOOK" is the 250 page manual and not the installation instructions.
Be sure to ask about shipping. That book will cost to ship!
If you are having trouble buying the manual and want a second-rate reference work, you might consider buying the Prima Strategy Guide at Amazon for $0.48 plus $12.49.
You might also try googling "Alpha Centauri manual." This reveals a nice online guide at Gamespot. There might be other results interesting to you in that google search.
If you are considering spending money on the manual, I'd like to recommend Vel's SMAX Guide, Version 4.0. Although an earlier version is available at Apolyton, version 4.0 is worth buying.

You can download version 3 of Vel's Guide in rtf format at a Polish site if you are interested.
There is someone selling the disc and manual for 9.25 pounds at Amazon.uk. You'll have to ask the seller whether he ships to Spain.
I couldn't find a listing for the manual by itself at Amazon.uk.
There are sellers of Vel's guide at Amazon.uk. The lowest price is from a seller in South Carolina, USA! Looks like shipping is 3.94 pounds.
