Please find below a draft of the letter I propose to send to CyberShy when I return from my long weekend away. If anyone has any objections, clarifications, or improvements etc that they would like to make please do so before 10.00GMT on Sunday 13th April.....

Yes, we couldn't reach a decision as teams so it was left to the mapmaker to decide when he designed the map.
From the looks of the in-game game details screen he went for :
Choose religions
No tech brokering
Normal aggression AI
