Ticked - Players cannot trade technologies that they have not researched themselves
Unticked - Players can trade technologies regardless of whether or not they researched them.

As the first poll vote was somewhat diluted with non team leaders voting we shall proceed with voting by PM.
Could all teams gather their votes in their private forums and keep them to themselves for the time being.
Once I have posted The Rabbits vote in this public thread, could all team leaders please send their teams decision to me by PM.
Once I have received all team votes, or the vote period has expired, I will post the submitted team votes as quotes so all can see that everything is above board and legitimate.
Team leaders, please gather your teamies in your private forums and decide what style of technology brokering you would like to play with.
Please remember that the map will be reviewed and tweaked by a human mapmaker before we get to play on it so all will be as fair and interesting as possible.......

Krill is no longer our team leader, he resigned out of frustration with thegeneral settings of this game it seems and even quitted from the team. To GS this all comes as a total surprise and I hope everyone understands that we will do everything to reduce delays to a minimum. I am the first of the team to notice and to respond, it seems. I am not the new team leader, or am I a deputy, I'm just team a member with no responsibility, without even a copy of the game, but I felt it appropriate to inform the other teams and the people involved in this game. Thank you for your understanding.

We are in the process of deciding, but we have at this point no person able or willing to be team leader and to play turns, without that, we cannot start this game. Unless we get a new person willing and able to play the turns, GS will have to be disbanded.

Please move forward, Rob. Activity is very low in GS, which makes takin decisions a seemingly unending and terribly slow process. So far only 4 of the official 13 members have stated their opinions. Since yesterday we are holding a poll about disbanding the team. Things are looking very bad now. There is no such rule that demands members to state their opinion in a given period of time, but with the interest as low as it is and with no indication that we can get a team leader and turn player in the foreseeable future, I have asked the members who haven't voted to cast their votes within the next 24 hours or to volunteer as team leader. In the event that doesn't happen, GS will be disbanded. I hope that will open the possibility for GS members to join other teams.
