PAL doesn't have private forums yet.
but when they do, you just click 'join' next to the team name on the top part of this page.

Not sure what you mean exactly, but your forum is linked to this thread apparently.
Your team members need to post here and then click on 'Join' next to your team name at the very top (or very near) of this page.
I see someone has done so already........

Yes
You shouldn't need to join Whip[lash, as you are the team leader for PAL and Solver has added you to the private forum already.
You should be able to click on the 'Private Forum' hypertext that should be by your team name, the same as you can see by The Rabbits at the top of the team lists.
Everyone alse in your team needs to click 'Join' and then you need to accept them.

Accept them by clicking 'You can moderate this group', again by your team name, you will then see a list of people either already joined or waiting to join.
As you can see from The Rabbits screenie below, RP21 is pending and awaiting authorisation. Click 'Authorise' if you want to let the person into your team.......
